It's always nerve-wracking hiring someone new to work in your home. I do not trust easily, I overthink everything, and I dread the hunt for someone reasonably priced, reliable, and honest enough that I would actually let them through my door. I feel like I hit the jackpot with Pro Comfort. After dealing with a kitchen faucet leak, I found out our hot water heater had several very serious issues. Leaking valves, a rusted and split bottom that could have gone at any moment. I looked around on Facebook, and one name kept coming up over and over: Greg from Pro Comfort. I called Pro Comfort along with two other highly recommended companies on a Saturday. Greg texted me back within the hour. The other two never responded. I sent him pictures, to let him see what we were dealing with. He replied immediately and calmly pointed out a dime-sized hole in the exhaust vent. Turns out we had probably been leaking carbon monoxide for years. That alone sent me straight into panic mode. Greg talked me through it over text, answered my frantic questions, and helped bring my blood pressure back to human levels. He scheduled installation for Tuesday. He even came by Monday morning to look things over in person and explain the plan. His team showed up on time Tuesday and got right to work. I was a bundle of nerves (my husband was one week post-op from hip replacement, so it was all on me) and John, Jess, and Tyler were incredibly patient with my questions, concerns, and hovering. There were complications with our water pressure regulator that turned into extra work, but they handled it that same day. Later, when the pressure normalized, we noticed a small leak. They came right back within an hour and fixed it. No attitude, no excuses, just done. Then, a couple days later, I asked if the pressure could be bumped up a little. John showed up within the hour. Who even does customer service like that anymore? I cannot recommend this company enough. Reasonable pricing, extremely responsive, excellent communication, and most importantly, trustworthy. I never thought I would say I had a great experience while having a water heater replaced, but here we are. They earned a lifelong customer. Thank you Greg, John, Tyler, and Jess for everything. 💜 You helped my house, my hot water, and honestly my sanity.

I am happy to say that I have used Pro Comfort in the past to keep my old ac and electric furnace going for a couple of years. I spoke to Greg about a quote to put a new system in. Greg came and analyzed my situation and determined the best course for my wife and I to take. The Pro Comfort team installed 2 new registers in my kitchen area and a larger extra return in my living room. We had Greg and his team install a larger new American Standard Heat Pump with a new American Standard Propane furnace. We were not able to be home due to working so we entrusted Greg and team with our house key. They completed the entire job in about a day and a half, and also serviced my Kohler Stand By Generator. They were awesome from quote to finish! They were honest, reliable and efficient! I would recommend Pro Comfort to anyone for any services! Great Job!
